Earth Day beach clean up

After a very successful event last year where we removed over 6,500 items of garbage from Ambleside Beach, West Vancouver Positive Voices, in partnership with Hollyburn Sailing Club, invites you to join us again to clean up Ambleside’s precious shoreline.

There are lots of fun things you can do while you help:

  • CLEAN UP Ambleside beach and beachside park 

  • TRACK your waste collection - we’ll accumulate all waste and share our results with the OceanWise Shoreline Cleanup

  • FIND OUT about our ongoing Ocean Ambassador’ss ‘Pick Up 3’ program which includes a Trash Meter so you can track your own trash count and help hit the 500,000 target

  • BRING your own reusable gloves, buckets and bags

Wherever water meets land, every piece of trash removed represents one less threat to our oceans and marine life.  Together, we can make a real difference.
