Public hearing: Eagleridge/Cypress village

As previously noted, one of the most exciting projects in West Vancouver for many years is the Cypress Village and Eagleridge proposal. This development would create a new, mixed-use, sustainable urban community in Cypress Village and, at the same time, provide 262 acres of protected, pristine land in neighbouring Eagleridge for the enjoyment of all West Vancouver residents. This land, currently owned by British Pacific Properties, would pass into the ownership of West Vancouver in perpetuity. Read the Official Community Plan zoning amendment bylaw here.
